Add 20 Grams NNN Protein Powder (equivalent to 2 heaped tablespoons) in 250ml of water and mix thoroughly. Add more or less water according to personal taste. For best results use a shaker or blender. For a thicker ice cold drink, add a few ice cubes before mixing.
For variety and additional health benefits, add in fresh fruit pieces before blending.
Add to your regular smoothie, to boost nutritional value, simply add 20 grams of protein, and mix well. Consume 2 servings daily to supplement your daily dietary protein requirements.
